The basics: When and Where
Sunday Youth and Adult Study Sessions: 9:15 AM
Sunday Worship Service: 10:30 AM
Location: 31104 SE 86th St, Preston, WA 98050
What can I expect?
Our services include praising God through music and prayer, as well as a Biblically inspired message from Pastor Roy Peacock. Our goal is to make Jesus center stage not only in our service but in our lives and the lives of those around us. Our small congregation is welcoming and supportive of all our guests and we hope to meet you soon. Join us at 10:30 Sunday morning for worship. Then stick around after the service for a time of refreshements and fellowship.
What about my children?
Children sing praises with us during the service. And after our weekly announcements, ages 3-10 join together with a few adult leaders for Junior Church. All the kids will enjoy being a part of our regular skits, puppet shows, and children’s choir performances, practicing their parts before splitting into age groups. Then they will have their own message built specially for their age group. The younger kids will enjoy Arts & Crafts and other activities as they learn about the Bible. Meanwhile, the older kids take part in a more structured Bible study.
And my toddler or infant?
We have a newly finished nursery complete with diapers, blankets, crib, toddler toys, and rocking chair. We encourage new parents to allow our dedicated nursery staff to care for your children (ages 0-3) so that you can fully experience our worship service.
Is there something for my preteen or teenager?
Before the Sunday worship (9:15am) there is a special time for the youth to meet and learn together. During our regular worship on Sunday at 10:30, we believe that most kids in 6th grade and above are mature enough to be able to understand and grasp meaning from the sermon. Also, Wednesday evenings The Underground Church Youth Group meets in the church. This is lead by our Youth Leaders Mark and Laurene Perkins. They will be worshiping through song, fellowshiping with each other in games and competitions, and of course studying the Bible and learning more about what God plans for their lives. The Underground church also attends occasional concerts and conferences designed to further minister to our youth.
